 Foraxx Palette Utility 2.2.3

Builds a Foraxx (or SHO, HOO, HSO, OHS) palette image from stretched, starless narrowband images, plus an optional stars image. The Foraxx palette is The Coldest Nights' dynamic narrowband combination (https://thecoldestnights.com/). Adds mask bias and contrast, per-channel midtones, channel-ratio masks, protected saturation and a colour-preserving L* curve. Rewritten for the V8 JavaScript runtime in PixInsight 1.9.4. Installs under Script > theatr.us.
